Testimony
“It is very gratifying to set a goal for yourself, and then through increased effort, achieve your goal. I was excited to register for the Run for Recovery event, but I realized that my usual, casual running regiment would not bring success for the time set for the event. With the encouragement of Holy Trails running group, I was able to push harder and longer in the weeks leading to Run for Recovery. On Thursday, Aug. 26, I saw in person, the emotion and determination of participants who were running for loved ones. It was an honor for me to run along side with them. Thank you for this opportunity.” Brenda
